Can I bundle a bunch of small jobs into one visit?+
Absolutely — that's most of what we do. Send us the list (or text a photo of each item), we'll quote them all upfront, and knock them out in a single visit. Way cheaper than separate trip charges.
Do you bring your own ladder and tools?+
Yes, every truck is fully stocked. You don't need to supply anything but the item being installed (TV, fan, furniture, etc.). If you'd rather we pick something up, we can do that too.
Will you mount my TV into a stud or use anchors?+
Into studs every time when possible. We bring a stud finder and locate them before we drill. For brick, concrete, or hollow walls without studs, we use the right rated anchors for the mount and TV weight.
Do you do small jobs, or only big ones?+
Small jobs are our specialty. A single shelf, a wobbly toilet seat, a smart thermostat install — we'd rather knock out three small jobs in a visit than chase one big remodel.
Is there a service-call fee?+
We keep it simple — you'll know the cost before we start. No mystery diagnostic fees rolled in after the fact.
