Ceiling Fan Install

What we did.

Removed an old light fixture and installed a customer-supplied 52" ceiling fan with downrod, secured to existing fan-rated brace, wired and balanced.

   Drop cloths, dust barriers, and end-of-day cleanup. Property left better than we found it.

   Customer walkthrough, punch-list complete, 1-year workmanship warranty filed.
