What we did.

Full kitchen refresh: removed dated tile backsplash and replaced with hand-set subway tile, refinished the cabinet faces with a satin enamel, installed new quartz counters, and swapped the faucet and pendant lighting. Permits and HOA paint approval handled in-house.
